Your territory
As connection between our teams, you will:
- Shape and execute our CRM strategy, leveraging data and technology to drive an exceptional customer experience and foster long-term customer loyalty
- Develop and monitor KPIs to measure the success of CRM initiatives and campaigns
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain customer segmentation strategies to drive targeted communication
- Build a team of CRM specialists to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet business goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to CRM, customer engagement, and data privacy, and develop strategies to incorporate these into the company's CRM approach
- Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
- Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level
Your profile
Key requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM, with at least 3 years of strategically owning the topic
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and practices, including segmentation, data management, and customer journey mapping
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Very good English skills
